BodyWise defines it as a method that helps bring balance to the body and realign it structurally. Cheri works very specifically on the origins and insertions of the muscles to help alleviate pressure in the joints and discomfort in the muscles. We will examine several factors that may be creating or intesifyng your pain; ischemia, trigger points, nerve compression and entrapment, posture, and biomechanics.

You will experience an increased range of motion, postural symmetry and stability, regulation of muscle tonus and a over-all balance in your body.

Together we can distinguish between the cause and effect of your pain condition, and implement a treatment plan designed to help you feel better.
